We have quite a few traditions by now. One of them is a sledding day trip to Ice House. We drive up there early in the morning, camp out in the parking lot and let the kids play. This time there wasn't as much snow as usual, which I find a little funny... all this snow in the States and we have less than normal. But the kids still had a blast!
It was a beautiful, sunny day. Grace never even put on a coat (and yes, her sleeves were soaking wet). All in all a fun trip!
I took way too many pictures... here's just a few ;-).
Love this... can you see the big snow ball that's about to hit her?
We always have lots of yummy food... we even grill out there in the parking lot. But YUCK, orange teeth!!!
Erina needed a hug & kiss. She said she wishes she wasn't such a sissy... see, she lost her boot in the snow and then had to go back to the car to put on new socks. She couldn't handle the wet sock. Poor girl.
But she had fun too!
Christopher on his new snow-skateboard... he rocked on that thing!!!
And this is the closest I got to a group shot, lol!
The only kiddo missing in the above group shot? Little Nathan... he's just so cute! He carried that bear of his all around the snow.
